Tomasz Bąk

Attorney at Law and a member of the Bar Association in Szczecin. He is qualified to practise before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, as well as before all administrative courts.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin; scholarship at Facoltà di giurisprudenza - Universita' degli Studi di Bari; completed legal training with the Bar Association in Poznań. Also gained experience in corporate law with the law firm Wierzbowski and Partners in Warsaw and Studio Legale Ciriello in Italy. Has provided legal services since 2001. Natalia Staszewska

Lawyer-trainee. With the law firm since 2011. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. Legal apprentice under the auspices of the Bar Association in Szczecin. Entitled to appear before the district courts of Poland. Her professional interests focus on criminal and commercial law.

Dr. hab. prof. WSB Karol Schneider

Professor at the School of Banking in Szczecin. Previously a professor at the University of Szczecin, a lecturer on the Faculty of Law and Administration and Head of the Department of Economics. Auditor (entry no. 8337) with a long-term practice in the analysis of corporate financial records. Author of numerous publications in the field of accounting.

Beata Prostak

Tax advisor. Member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors since 2005. Long-term employee of the Polish tax authorities. Specialist in proceedings before the tax authorities, CIT and VAT.
